Professor Dr. Michael Kort studierte 1975 bis 1977 in Bochum Rechtswissenschaft und Philosophie und setzte sein Jurastudium ab 1977 in München fort. Nach der Ersten Juristischen Staatsprüfung 1981 und der Zweiten Juristischen Staatsprüfung 1984 war er zun?chst als Rechtsanwalt in München t?tig. 1985 promovierte er bei Professor Hueck in München.
