Our HPSC Lab members Michael Schlottke-Lakemper, Simon Candelaresiand Vivienne Ehlert attended the annual SNuBIC retreat during 22nd to 24th of September this year. The focus was on numerical methods in multiphysics coupling for computational fluid dynamics. This has applications in gas/fluid research, weather dynamics and astrophysics. With the other SNuBIC members we discussed the latest developments and explored future avenues for the project. Furthermore, Simon gave a talk about coupling in Trixi.jl using p4est meshes.
