Workshop: “Poor Men's Cheese. 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】iterranean Forgotten Histories" at the museum 'Brot und Kunst' in Ulm
On January 31, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm, a special workshop will take place at the 'Brot und Kunst Museum' in Ulm as part of the current exhibition Tiny Giants.
The workshop “Poor Man’s Cheese. 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】iterranean Forgotten Histories” is led by Penelope Volinia, doctoral researcher in the ENB-research group Off the Menu: Appetites, Culture, and Environment.
