Pascal Raczek studied technically oriented business administration at the 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 of Stuttgart for both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees (Bachelor and Master of Science). He completed his studies with his master's thesis, a meta-analysis on the effects of personalization in marketing. He is working on his doctoral thesis at the Chair of Value Based Marketing at Augsburg 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 since May 2023.

During his studies he gained experience as a student and graduate assistant at the Chair of Logistics and Supply Management at the 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 of Stuttgart. In addition to an internship in sales, he conducted a semester abroad in Oxford, UK, during his master's studies in 2020.
