Robin Pilsl is currently a doctoral candidate at the Chair of Information Systems and Management at the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics at the 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 of Augsburg and a scholarship holder of the Hanns Seidel Foundation.

Robin Pilsl completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees as a scholarship holder of the Hanns Seidel Foundation, earning a B.Sc. in Economics from Ludwig Maximilian 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 of Munich and an M.Sc. in Digital Transformation Management from ESCP Business School in London and Paris. During his Master’s studies, he specialized in Financial Services. For his Master’s thesis at the Jean-Baptiste Say Institute in Entrepreneurship and Strategy, he combined theoretical foundations with empirical analysis to investigate how the founding team background of deep-tech start-ups impacts their venture performance, drawing on a dataset from the French public investment bank (Banque publique d’investissement). His Bachelor’s thesis, completed in cooperation with msg systems AG, explored the organizational economic effects of remote work.

Since 2022, Robin Pilsl has served as Co-Founder and Co-CEO of PSC Partners. He also works as an Advisor at BMC Strategy Consultants, supporting digitalization and transformation projects for banks and insurance companies. As part of his Master’s studies, he led a project to realign the business and go-to-market strategy of a Norwegian AI edtech start-up funded by the European Union. During his Bachelor’s studies, Robin Pilsl worked as a working student at msg systems AG in Group Strategy, Business Development, and Controlling. He also completed several internships in Audit & Assurance, Public Sector Consulting, and M&A Advisory at the consulting firms Deloitte and PwC.
