Computer Science and Multimedia (M.Sc.)
Study content:
This study programme classically follows on seamlessly from a previous bachelor's degree in computer science and deepens the skills acquired there in the areas of practical, technical and theoretical computer science with a special focus on the area of multimedia. In addition, a flexible choice of courses allows for individual focal points. The focus is on fields of activity at the interface between the software, telecommunications and media industries. Through numerous projects, the study programme is very practical and research-oriented and teaches independent scientific working methods, thus preparing students for later activities in research, industry or even for founding a company. Since the later fields of work usually require cooperation with a strongly interdisciplinary team, the associated working methods are trained in the projects.
