Music Therapy (M.A.)
Study content:
The Master's degree programme in Music Therapy imparts scientific basics, knowledge of methods and fields of application of music therapy, practical music skills as well as self-reflective competences. The aim of the degree programme is to acquire thorough music therapy expertise and the ability to cope with the changing tasks that arise in the health, social and educational sectors in professional life. Two music therapy internships are integrated into the degree programme. In Bavaria, the completion of the Master degree programme in Music Therapy is associated with the limited licence to practice psychotherapy.
