Dr. Hüseyin Doluca began his academic journey studying Business Administration at the 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 of Marburg, with a focus on statistics, marketing, and information systems. He earned his M.Sc. in Management from the 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 of Texas at Dallas in 2001 and subsequently worked at the Institute for Statistics at the 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 of Marburg. He later joined the PhD program in Quantitative Economics at Goethe 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 Frankfurt, completing a Master’s degree in Business Research and a PhD at Ludwig Maximilian 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 of Munich. His academic path also included a research stay at the Department of Applied Economics at Erasmus 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 Rotterdam.

In 2010, he joined the Chair of Entrepreneurship and Management at the 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 of Würzburg. Since 2014, he has held a postdoctoral position at the Chair of Innovation Management and International Sustainable Business at the 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 of Augsburg. In parallel, he has led third-party funded projects in the field of knowledge and technology transfer, most notably the BMBF-funded initiative WIR (Wissenstransfer Region Augsburg), which promotes practice-based collaboration between academia and regional businesses.

His work encompasses research, teaching, and transfer and is characterized by a strong and substantial practical orientation, with thematic emphases on entrepreneurship, innovation, internationalization, and sustainability. Methodologically, he combines formal modeling with empirical research, including laboratory experiments. He actively mentors student founders and supports the development of entrepreneurial ideas and business models.
