Enrolment takes place after an application to study has been submitted and admission to the degree programme has been granted by the Registrar¡¯s Office at the ÐÂÍò²©ÌåÓýÏÂÔØ_Íò²©ÌåÓýapp¡¾Í¶×¢¹ÙÍø¡¿ of Augsburg.

Information on enrolment for the winter semester 2024/25

Applications for enrolment, to change degrees, or to start a double degree for open admission degree programmes are possible until 21.10.2024, provided that the required documentation is submitted by this date. The date of receipt is what counts in this case not the date of postage.

If you have received a letter of admission (e.g. for an NC or master's degree programme), please note the deadline in the letter.

Applications with foreign degree certificates must be submitted by 7.10.2024. This is because they need to be checked to see whether admission can be granted or whether additional documentation may need to be requested.
Please note that the first information and introductory events take place from the end of September. For enrolments after the 30.09.2024, you will need to enclose the following declaration of consent for late enrolment:

Please enclose proof of the bank transfer (copy of the bank statement or complete screenshot of the online transfer) with the enrolment documents.

Documents you will receive after enrolment at the Registrar's Office
After successful enrolment, you will receive the Augsburg Campus Card (CCA)?as well as the computer centre ID by post, which is required for accessing the campus portals. You should then no longer use your applicant ID, as this will be deactivated on 15 November (winter semester) or 15 May (summer semester).

Information about health and accident insurance
All students must provide evidence of health insurance in order to be able to enrol. Further information about health insurance during your studies can be found here.
Second residences tax
The City of Augsburg imposes a tax on secondary residences. Further information about this can be found on the webpages of the City of Augsburg.
Computer centre guidelines
