The lecturers of the Institute for Geography sometimes offer 1-day field trips at short notice during the course of a semester.?Binding information regarding registration for field trips, possible preliminary talks, field trip date and other arrangements will be announced in good time under News or on the blackboards. Please therefore refrain from asking the lecturers about these.

On request, and with a hygiene concept, short in-person field trips can now be offered once again. The applications can be obtained from the university management. As soon as we know which applications have been approved we will inform you here.

Several short field trips are already available, which are offered virtually or partly virtually. You will find these not only on the Digicampus but also in the overview.

Participation in a major field trip requires prior successful attendance of a preparation seminar. Therefore, major field trips are each included in the module catalogue of the current semester. For long-term planning (1 academic year) we offer you an overview of the planned major excursions here. This list is added to regularly, at the end of the semester at the latest.
