A paper titled "MMMS: Multi-Modal Multi-Surface Interactive Segmentation" by Robin Sch?n, Julian Lorenz, Katja Ludwig, Daniel Kienzle, and Rainer Lienhart has been accepted at the "2025 IEEE International Conference on Content-Based Multimedia Indexing (IEEE CBMI)." The conference will take place in October 2025 in Dublin, Ireland. The paper presents a new architecture for multi-modal interactive segmentation. The use of this architecture does not require access to the RGB backbone. Additionally, an extension of the metrics for interactive segmentation is introduced for problems where multiple surfaces are present in the same image.
