The study on Atmospheric Environmental Factors in the Augsburg Region and Their Effects on Child Development During Pregnancy (AURAA KIDS) was launched in December 2024 and has met with a strong response. The aim of the study is to identify possible influences of environmental factors, such as weather and fine particulate matter, on child development during pregnancy and to better understand how the environment and pregnancy are connected.
