The Chair of Analysis and Geometry (Prof. Dr. Kai Cieliebak, Prof. Dr. Urs Frauenfelder) at the Department of Mathematics of the Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences, and Materials Engeneering of the 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 of Augsburg is filling as soon as possible the following position as a

Postdoc (m/f/d)

in the scope of regular working hours on an initialy two-year fixed-term contract. At the end of the contract there might be a possibility of continued temporary employment in the context of further academic qualification (habilitation). The position can be carried out as part-time work.

We are looking for a person to work on the research project

Celestial Mechanics, Hydrodynamics and Turing Machines.

This project is funded by the DFG and the AEI and is carried out in cooperation with Prof. Eva Miranda (Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, Barcelona) und Prof. Daniel Peralta-Salas (Instituto de Ciencias Matemáticas, Madrid).

Applicants must have a university degree and have successfully completed a doctorate in mathematics.

The required qualifications must already be proven in the application documents by means of appropriate certificates. If the personal and collective agreement requirements are met, remuneration will be based on salary group TV-L 13.
