This work contains the research results on transnational legal issues from a South African and German perspective, which have been developed in cooperation between the 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 of Augsburg and the 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 of Johannesburg over the last decade. Current topics are introduced by scholars from South Africa and then reflected upon by German colleagues. This leads to a better understanding of unresolved legal issues in both legal systems.
