Curriculum Vitae
Magdalena Kaiser Lange has been an industrial doctoral candidate at the Chair of Information Systems & Management under Prof. Dr. Daniel Veit since January 2025. As part of her doctoral research, she investigates the application of artificial intelligence in leadership context.
Her research interests focus on the intersection of AI technologies and leadership, particularly examining how artificial intelligence transforms leadership tasks and structures within organizations and what implications this holds for corporate management.

Kaiser Lange studied Civil Engineering (bachelor’s and master’s degrees) at the Technical 新万博体育下载_万博体育app【投注官网】 of Munich. She wrote her master’s thesis at the Chair of Building Physics at TUM in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute for Building Physics (ibp) in the field of aerospace.

Since November 2021, she has been employed at the DR?XLMAIER Group in the Operations Battery division, holding various positions. Since January 2026, she has been responsible for the topic of AI in Operations worldwide. In this role, she develops comprehensive AI roadmaps, coordinates global AI initiatives, and drives digital transformation in production.
